Dr. Andreas Stratmann nominated to Federal Economic Senate

Rülzheim, November 30th, 2022: Dr. Andreas Stratmann, Managing Director of DBK David + Baader GmbH, nominated to the Federal Economic Senate on September 1st, 2022

The “Bundeswirtschaftssenat” (Federal Economic Senate) is the highest body of the “Bundesverband mittelständischer Wirtschaft e.V.” (BVMW), which comprises approx. 28,000 members whose companies generate annual sales of approx. 120 billion EUR.

The Senate, which includes numerous hidden champions and global market leaders, consists of 350 high-profile representatives from politics, business, culture and the media. The members of the Senate thus represent the pinnacle of Germany's SME sector; they are outstanding entrepreneurial personalities, decision-makers with a role-model function who bring with them not only professional expertise and commitment but also an outstanding life's work.

Commenting on his nomination, Dr. Andreas Stratmann, CEO of DBK in Rülzheim, Germany, says: " As entrepreneurs in the SME sector, it is our mission to always find solutions."
